For a 'revamped' site, it seems rather unfinished. Wonder why whomever decided on the site design didn't test it out on a test forum before making it live. Looking at the forum layout itself, it's kind of.. eh. It's really bright, and seems to have a gray background out of nowhere. The coding on the forum is faulty (the border-around-forum code shouldn't reach the end of the page like that).
The most recent update seems to be from July 18th; it's almost a month since then, and they /still/ don't have a plot.
I'm surprised they're still around...

The site has considerably grown from the last I've seen of it. The design is great; although there is no background, there is a sort of simplistic, calming feel to it. The after-series plot just started, and it is amazing! A rebellion, although common in a lot of new plots, but this one actually begins in the Fire Nation and will more than likely branch out and affect every nation.
The Head Administrator, although busy in life, has even cut back on mass PMs. She releases one about every month or so, but it is only when necessary. It's clear she has been doing her best to clean it up.
Definitely a 5/5.
